Raised the difficulty of my programme a little this week since I've been doing it for a while. I increased my time on the cross trainer to 15 minutes instead of eight and increased the levels from four to five on the upright bike and the recumbent bike. I've also taken on a few more weights because now that I've lost a fair amount I want to make sure everything ends up toned at the end. Did ab attack and Sadie's circuits again this week too. Sadie has devised a system where if we go to the class 12 times before January we'll get a t-shirt which she's designing herself. A good incentive to keep it up!
