CRAZED John Mathieson lost the plot when his mother refused to give him more money after he came home drunk - and banged his head off a wall.

On Thursday, Kilmarnock Sheriff Court heard that the 17-year-old came home to Chapelhill Mount at around 4.30pm on April 14, clearly under the influence of alcohol.

Depute fiscal Sarah McCall told the court that the accused had asked his mum for money, and when she said she had none, an argument broke out, during which Mathieson shouted at this mother and sister, threw items of around, struck the walls with his head and fists and attempted to pull a radiator from a wall.
