THORNE Travel, a new travel centre business which opened in Kilwinning earlier this month, ran a free prize draw competition with a luxurious one week cruise as the top prize.
The lucky winner was Ian Dickson from Beith who had his name drawn randomly by Irvine Bay Regeneration Company's project manager James Lederwood.
The new business now employs four people from North Ayrshire and Mr Ledgerwood is delighted with its success.
He said: "It is great to see a business doing well and employing local people.
"I was invited along to make the draw and it was an absolute pleasure to pick the winner."
