OUR X-FACTOR DREAM

TWO Kilbirnie boys are one step closer to their dream after making it to the live auditions for the hit TV show the X-Factor.

Cousins Ross Docherty (17) and Billy Walker (16) impressed producers at the audition at Hampden Park by singing 80s hit 'Head Over Heels' by Tears for Fears.

They will now face the live audition in Glasgow on July 7.

The boys are over the moon with their progress and are hoping to make a career as pop stars.
