ARDROSSAN residents are invited to a public meeting to discuss Irvine Bay’s multi-milllion pound development plans at Ardrossan North Shore.

Meetings for the Ardrossan community will be held on Wednesday, September 8 at the Michael Lynch Centre to discuss the £70 million joint venture between Irvine Bay and Peel Holdings that will substantially expand Ardrossan marina and harbour. The planned developments hope to create hundreds of new jobs and homes, while creating a whole new area of the town.

Something that the developers are keen to seek public opinion on is maintaining full public access to the coastline and, in terms of style of design, retaining a relationship with the current and historic look of Ardrossan.
