PENNYBURN homeowners are up in arms this week after being hit with the news about ‘unfair’ bills for a grass cutting service.
According to residents, Irvine Housing Association have sent letters to all homeowners warning them of charges for communal maintenance services such as grass cutting.
And Michael Kirkum believes these charges are being imposed to coin cash because they are skint,
The Glenapp Place resident said: “These charges being imposed are completely unfair and make no sense.
“Irvine Housing Association have divided the area into Places and Squares, charging those living in Places £130 per year, which is £40 more than those who stay in Squares.
