ANGELA'S BRUSH WITH HONOURS LIST

IT was big smiles all round for the family of a Stevenston dental professional who was nominated for an MBE in the New Year's Honours List.
Angela McBain has been singled out for services to dental nursing for her role in social action and helping the community.
The modest 46-year-old maintained that the award is not so much a personal achievement but recognition for the work of the dental nursing industry as a whole.
