COW 'NEGLECT' CONCERNS

A COUNCILLOR says she has been inundated with complaints about the living conditions of a herd of cows on a farm between Ardrossan and Seamill.

But the farmer whose land they are on hit back this week, saying the animals are fine.

Liz McLardy had experts called in after a number of people protested because the cows are outdoors in all weathers at Low Boydston Farm.
