Saltcoats five-year-old new face of brand

LITTLE Maritta McQuade is just five years old - but she has already launched a career in the world of modelling and been chosen as one of the faces of a top clothes range.

The youngster, who is off to Stanley Primary School in Ardrossan after the summer, will appear in advertisements and on billboards all over Scotland once George at ASDA"s next Back To School advertising campaign kicks off.

The Saltcoats girl was selected after mum and dad Bernadette and Tony entered her photograph in a newspaper competition linked with the supermarket firm"s new promotion.
