PROVOST Bobby Rae is back in hospital and is seriously ill.
The 71-year-old, who suffered a stroke a fews weeks ago, is now believed to be back in hospital after suffering from a brain haemorrhage and collapsing in his home.
It is thought that the SNP Councillor is in the intensive care unit of Inverclyde Royal Infirmary.
