Teacher treats club to seascape demonstration

A LOCAL PE teacher and artist visited Cunninghame Art Club's latest meeting earlier this month and treated the gathered members to a painting demonstration of a Clyde seascape.

Michael Murphy attended the meeting on February 3 and gave an excellent demonstration by painting a stunning sea view which incorporated Ailsa Craig, Arran and Portencross. This was Michael's first demonstration at the club and was immensely enjoyed by all of the members who are hopeful that it will not be his last.
