'Disgusted'
I am disgusted at the extent to which antisocial behaviour in this area has reached. Within one week two houses in my street had windows broken, a kitten was dumped in my wheelie bin, a small group of young adults attempted to batter a road sign of its post, trees planted by the factor were damaged and a shopping trolley from Sainbury's has been working its way around the street. The usual dog poo and empty beer bottles left on the grass verges and pavements make me wonder why I bother picking up my dog's poo and disposing of it and why I put my empty beer bottles in the recycling bin.
Irvine Bay and North Ayrshire Council can brag all they want about their improvements but I am afraid with the current state of antisocial behaviour, North Ayrshire Council would be as well putting their money (our taxes) into and Icelandic bank yet again!
I think it is due time the local people got answers from those who are paid to represent us and protect us as to why we need to put up with this and what their plans are to combat it.
