JIMMY CALDERWOOD: Killie manager

DEFIANT Kilmarnock boss Jimmy Calderwood has every confidence that his side can escape the drop from the Clydesdale Bank SPL after a weekend defeat at Tynecastle left them precariously a point off the basement going into the split... but only if they can improve their away form.

Killie went down 1-0 to Jim Jefferies' Hearts and are now just a point clear of form team Falkirk, who have chalked up two straight wins and St Mirren with a testing game against Hamilton Accies to come at New Douglas Park on Saturday.
