HOMECOMING
HOMELESS club SALTCOATS VICTORIA have given their fans a massive boost by revealing they will almost certainly be back at Campbell Park before Christmas after more than three years of ground-sharing.
Repairs are complete and the next scheduled home match will almost certainly be back at the home ground, delighted chairman Ray Montgomerie revealed on Tuesday.
The former Kilmarnock Scottish Cup-winning captain admitted the Seasiders had finally won "the biggest battle in our history" and are poised to leave temporary ground Ardeer Stadium which has been shared with Ardeer Thistle.
He said: "Subject to an electrical engineer signing off a certificate we will be back at Campbell Park, hopefully for our next home match because the electrical work has been done."
