BREAKING NEWS: Frye quits Winton

LONG-serving Ardrossan WInton Rovers boss Derek Frye has quit the club to take over as co-manager at Premier League Kirkintilloch Rob Roy.
The bombshell news broke on Wednesday with the departed gaffer admtiting it was a wrench to leave the club he steered into the Super League for the first time last season.
