FURIOUS officials from SALTCOATS VICTORIA and ARDEER THISTLE this week hit out at referee David Burns for allowing the Three Towns derby to go ahead at Campbell Park - then abandoning the match at half-time.

Thistle claim they knew there would be a problem with the game and say the made an unsuccessful attempt on Saturday morning to have the game switched to Ardeer Stadium.
