Killie hope to re-sign defender
KILMARNOCK have high hopes of re-signing key defender Mohamodou Sissoko, with Patrick Ada set to move on.
The centre-half is set to return on loan from Udinese, boss Kenny Shiels confirmed on Wednesday.
Sissoko had a similar spell at Killie last term and the Ayrshire outfit trying to conclude a deal for the current campaign.
The manager said: "If we get international clearance in time we will sign him, Mohamodou did well for us last season. It's possible if he joins that we could release Patrick Ada. Sometimes when you sign a player you are not sure but he hasn't fitted into our system and I have been honest with Patrick."
The Rugby Parkers are still looking at Belgian international Mark De Man, who is a free agent and that is ongoing.
