ANDERSON - Elizabeth (Betty) nee Harper The family would like to thank everyone for their kind expressions of sympathy, the many cards and flowers and in particular their support over the last few weeks. They offer special thanks to the staff at Crosshouse Hospital, in Accident and Emergency, in the Combined Assessment Unit, and Ward 2D. Every one of them went beyond what they had to do, and treated Betty and her family with care, respect and compassion. They would like to thank all of the staff at Saltcoats Group Practice for their help, care and support over many years, the district nurses for everything including support to the family, the kind staff at Boots Saltcoats who resolved many issues with patience and kindness. Also to all of the kind carers who helped look after Betty over the years, from Rainbow, TLC and the Alert. Thanks also go to Kevin at Paul Stevenson Funeral Directors for support and organization, Professor Maggie Kinloch, Humanist Celebrant for a warm tribute at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, The Lauriston Hotel, Ardossan for excellent catering. And finally thanks to everyone for their generous donations to Alzheimer Scotland whose on line groups especially "Music with Mary" Betty so loved.
