I had the great privilege of working for with Fiona for several years at British Airways. She was a kind, caring and supportive friend, as well as an enthusiastic and hard working colleague. So very sorry to hear of Fiona’s passing. Sincerest condolences, thoughts and prayers to Fiona’s family and friends.

So sad to hear the news that Fiona has died. I was lucky enough to sit next to her for 3 years when we worked together in New York. She was one of the kindest and most unique people I knew. I always admired her glamour and wicked sense of humour. It makes me smile to think of her getting a cab a few blocks to the office each day and her very New York habit of using her oven as an additional storage facility. We had a few conversations shortly after my Mum passed away and she was incredibly generous in giving a donation to the hospice that took care of her. Sending my love and thoughts to her family x

Fiona was more than just a brand manager; she was a masterful architect of identities, weaving stories and shaping perceptions with her unparalleled skill and passion. Her ability to breathe life into brands, to infuse them with meaning and purpose, was a testament to her boundless creativity and unwavering commitment to excellence.

But beyond her professional achievements, Fiona was a friend to all who knew her. Her warmth and kindness knew no bounds, and her laughter was infectious. She had a gift for making people feel truly valued, and her gracious style enriched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Though she may no longer walk among us (in the most stylish shoes), Fiona's legacy lives on in the brands she helped build, in the stories she helped tell, and in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to call her friend.

It is with deep sadness that I learn about Fiona's passing. I fondly remember the years working alongside Fiona at the oneworld office in Vancouver. I learned so much from her during those years and was sad to lose contact after her move to New York and later back to Edinburgh. It was great to see her again on one of our virtual events. Her passing is yet another reminder to enjoy every day to the fullest and to be with the people you love - in person or via virtual tools from a distance. Fiona - you are missed already!

Fiona was a valued, trusted and highly regarded colleague and friend at oneworld and, before then, at British Airways. Ms Munn, as I'll forever remember her, always had a smile, no matter how many hours she dedicatedly worked and despite her ridiculous diet of what she laughingly referred to as Trill! Happy memories of our times together at work and outside the office. So very sobering to hear of her passing. Sincerest condolences to her family.
