Congratulations to Craig Bainbridge and Barbara Pokryszka-Soltys on passing their exam and have now become Level 2 instructors with the Scottish Centre for Personal safety.

In able to pass their Level 2 exam, Craig and Barbara had to complete an oral skills presentation on the Law followed by a self defence teaching skills test and finally pass a 5 minute Pressure Test designed to put all the knowledge they had gained over the past 6 months into practice.

Both Craig and Barbara had approximately twenty scenarios in their five minute test, fifteen of which required them to defend themselves.

This was a great achievement.
