TRAIN users should expect further weekend travel delays as Scotrail issue more warnings over engineering works.
The public transport link will run replacement bus services on Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9 for the lines affected in Ayrshire.
Bus services between Paisley Gilmour Street and Kilwinning have been operating on Sundays since January 5.
This also involved a direct bus services operating from Glasgow Central to Ardrossan Harbour to connect with Ferry sailings.
However, new works in place mean that new disruptions will be in place for much of February too.
The busses between Paisley Gilmour Street and Kilwinning on Sundays continue this week, as they have done for the past month.
Although, as well as this weekend, trains will be off between the two stations on Saturday, February 15, Sunday, February 16 and Sunday, February 23.
These disruptions come on top of harsh weather conditions expected to hammer the Ayrshire coastline this weekend too.
80mph winds are expected, along with heavy rain as the Met Office issues a Yellow weather warning from 6pm on Saturday until 23.59pm on Sunday.
