A WOMAN from Ardrossan has made 30 face masks to give out in the West Kilbride Co-op store in efforts to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Jessie O’Neill made the face masks which can be picked up for a small donation of a toiletries item which will then go to local nursing homes.
Jessie’s handiwork is just one of the ways local Co-Ops have been empowering communities amid the outbreak of COVID-19.
Linda Watt, Member Pioneer for West Kilbride Co-op, praised Jessie’s kind gesture.
Linda said: “Jessie is such an inspiration. She has been working on the face masks solid for nearly seven days.”
