A man was treated by paramedics after a crash in Saltcoats.
Emergency services responded after the two-vehicle crash on the Sharphill Road, near the junction with Border Avenue just after 9am this morning [Wednesday, June 16].
Police Scotland confirmed a male motorist suffered only minor injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics - after the road was closed following the collision.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We we were made aware of a crash involving two vehicles on Sharphill Road in Saltcoats near the junction for Border Avenue around 9.05am on Wednesday, 16 June.
"One person was treated at the scene by the ambulance service."
