A GROUP of community minded walkers have collected 218 bin bags of rubbish around the Three Towns.
The 10K Step Gang who have been out for the last three months counting their steps to get fit and raise money for charities in the area decided to get to work and help the Three Towns Clean Up Crew.
And they were kept busy as they filled their bags as they counted their all important steps.
Despite the blistering heat, the litter pickers were determined to keep going as they found more and more items including for sale signs, odd shoes and cutlery along the sides of the roads on their walk.
One passer by even gave the team some money to go and buy some ice creams for the mini pickers.
