Traffic restricted in both directions on A737 following crash

The incident has now been cleared according to Traffic Scotland.
Motorists travelling along the A737 could find themselves stuck in traffic this morning due to a crash on the arterial road a short while ago.
Traffic Scotland say the incident means that lanes in both directions are restricted between Beith and Lochwinnoch.
A statement on their website, published at 9.06am, reads: "A737 between Lochwinnoch & Beith, all lanes currently restricted in both directions due to a road traffic incident.
"Drivers are advised to use caution on approach and allow for longer than anticipated journey times."
The police have been contacted for comment.
