North Ayrshire book shop invites entrants to its competition
A NORTH Ayrshire book shop is inviting entries for its writing contest.
Seahorse Bookstore in Ardrossan are looking for entries for the competition sponsored by the Wordworkers Writing Group.
They are looking for 300 lines of prose or 14 lines of poetry inspired by “My Favourite Reading Place.”
The subject was inspired by this picture of one of our favourite young readers at Seahorse.
The contest is for all ages – with a category for adults, and a category for writers under age 14.
The prize is a £20 gift voucher to Seahorse.
Please bring a hard copy of your submission into Seahorse Bookstore (1A Winton Building, Ardrossan, KA22 8BY) by 4pm, March 26, 2022.
