A MAN has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences following a police search in Dalry yesterday.
Several police vehicles were reportedly spotted in the Lynn Glen car park on Wednesday afternoon and an update was issued by the force late last night.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told the Herald: “Around 12.50pm on Wednesday, March 23, police were called to the St Andrews Gardens area of Dalry, following a report of concern for a man in a vehicle.
"Enquiries were carried out and the man, aged 56, was traced safely in the Lynn Glen area.
"He has since been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences and is expected to appear in court at a later date."
