STARS of two of Scotland’s biggest TV shows are to take time out of their busy schedules for three different events to be held in Saltcoats Town Hall.
The events, which have been organised by presenter Ross Owen, will see actors and actresses from both Still Game and River City come to town.
All three events will see the respective stars give behind the scenes stories from their time filming their shows, before taking part in a question and answer session and meet and greet with those in attendance.
Each evening will also feature live music by Airdrie based band ‘The Dazes’.
The first event to look out for will be an evening with Still Game’s Sanjeev Kohli and Gavin Mitchell - who would perhaps be better known as Navid and Boaby the Barman.
This will take place in the town hall on Saturday, July 9, with tickets costing £20. These can be purchased from: wegottickets.com/event/546315.

Following this, River City trio Gayle Telfer Stevens, Kathryn Howden and Leah Macrae will come down to North Ayrshire for the night.
Of all the events Ross Owen has organised this year, this is set to be the last of 2022 which will involve the River City cast.
This evening will take place on July 30, with tickets already on sale, at the same price, but from a slightly different link: wegottickets.com/event/546422.
The last of the three events being hosted in Saltcoats will see Still Game’s Paul Riley roll into town.
The actor is best known for his role as Winston in the Scottish cult favourite.
Tickets are already on sale, once again at a cost of £20, and can be found at: wegottickets.com/event/546423.
All ticket costs will be subject to a £2 booking fee and can also be purchased by messaging ‘The Ross Owen Show’ on Facebook, with payments being taken via bank transfer.
The doors open at 6.30pm for all events, with the show commencing an hour later at 7.30pm.
Please note that all of these events are restricted to those aged 14 and above, though under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets are still available for all three events at the moment, but this may not be the case for much longer, so move fast to avoid disappointment.
