THE Twa Dugs in West Kilbride is to hold a festival of real ale at the end of this month, from July 29 to 31.
The event will look to build upon the recent sell-out Fairlie event, which was also organised by the Ayrshire branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).
The Twa Dugs was awarded the North Ayrshire CAMRA Pub of the Year award for the third time earlier this year.
A number of different real ales will be on offer throughout the duration of the event, and local CAMRA members will be on hand to assist and explain any questions customers may have.
The ales available will be from local breweries, Ayr Brewing, Kelburn, Strathaven and Five Kingdoms as well as some from further afield for comparison.
