A successful Cost of Living Support Day was held in Beith last Friday.
Organised by the Radio City Association and Beith Community Association, the event was hailed a big success.
It provided locals with energy advice, efficiency tips and money advice along with delicious food samples from a 'cooking on a budget' stall.
There were also product giveaways, including LED lightbulbs and blankets, while training, employment and volunteering information was also provided.
A bike maintenance tutorial was offered and there was balance bike fun for the youngsters.
Free travel to the event in Radio City's electric vehicles was also available.
A Radio City spokesperson said on Facebook: "Wow, what a day.
"Thank you to each and every organisation and volunteer who put on a fantastic event as our Cost of Living Support Launch.
"Even more importantly, thank you to the Garnock Valley residents who attended and fed back that they received useful information and take home products.
"Hats off to the chef - everyone was raving about the food."
