Arran ferry services are to be disrupted again due to forecast strong winds.
CalMac have confirmed that the MV Caledonian Isles will have to berth in Brodick overnight tonight (July 6) - leading to the cancellation of the 7.20pm ferry from Brodick on Thursday and the 7am departure from Ardrossan on Friday.
And the ferry operator says all the vessel's sailings are now liable to short-notice disruption or cancellation.
Wind gusts of up to 44mph are being predicted by forecasters.
In a Twitter post the ferry firm confirmed: "Due to adverse weather, MV Caledonian Isles will berth overnight in Brodick, therefore the 19:20 departing Brodick is cancelled, and the vessel will berth in Brodick overnight.
"Due to adverse weather, MV Caledonian Isles will have berthed overnight in Brodick, therefore the 07:00 departing Ardrossan is cancelled.
"All sailings operated by MV Caledonian Isles are liable to disruption or cancellation at short notice."
