AN ARDROSSAN man is awaiting sentence after he failed to comply with his bail conditions on multiple occasions.
Gary Kirkpatrick, 53, also stole a bike while he was under bail conditions imposed on him by the courts.
The Ardrossan man first committed an offence while granted bail by Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on March 17, 2022.
He admitted that on that date he behaved in a threatening and abusive manner towards his ex-partner, which was likely to cause her fear and alarm, as he shouted and swore at her in Adams Avenue in Saltcoats.
In addition to this, he admitted a further charge of then breaching bail conditions imposed on him at Dumbarton Sheriff Court in March 2022 where he was not allowed to enter the town of Saltcoats.
Kirkpatrick, of Hunter Avenue in Ardrossan, breached this condition when he entered the town's Dockhead Street and elsewhere without reasonable excuse to do so on July 19.
This offence was also committed while he was on bail, granted in September 2020 and July 2022, in relation to other charges at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
He committed another offence that day, as Kirkpatrick admitted he also stole a bike on Dockhead Street.
At this time he was also on bail which had now been granted on three separate occasions at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court.
As he pleaded guilty to the charges at his latest court appearance last week, Kirkpatrick was again granted bail until he returns for sentencing at a later date.
