AN IRVINE man has found himself back in court after breaching bail by stealing a bike in Saltcoats.
James Donnelly, 34, admitted stealing the bike from Saltcoats railway station when he appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
The incident took place on February 11, 2022.
At the time Donnelly was the subject of two bail orders granted at Glasgow Sheriff Court - one in September 2020 and another in January 2022.
Following his latest offence, sentence was deferred and Donelly will now return to court at a later date.
