A man faces charges of selling heroin and cocaine from his flat in Ardrossan.
Ian Robb denies charges involving supplying class A and possessing Class C drugs at his home address in the town's Montgomerie Street.
The 60-year-old faces a charge of allegedly being found to be concerned in supplying diamorphine from his flat on December 6, 2022.
It's alleged he also supplied Class A cocaine from the same address.
He faces a third charge of possessing Class C Pregabalin.
Mr Robb was not present when his case called at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week, but defence solicitor Peter Murray entered pleas of not guilty to the charges in his absence.
He will appear to face the charges at a later date.
