AN Ardrossan man has been charged with stealing a car from a street in Greenock.
Owen Murray, 22, is said to have committed the alleged theft at the town's Belville Street on March 8.
Murray, of Princes Street in Ardrossan, has pleaded not guilty to the allegation through lawyer Derek Buchanan at Greenock Sheriff Court.
The case is due to call again on January 9 next year, ahead of a trial scheduled for January 29.
