Garnock Valley residents will get advice on preparing for winter at a special event this Friday.
Organised by Beith Community Association and Radio City Association, visitors will get help and support to stay warm and well fed this winter.
They will get energy advice, efficiency tips and money/debt advice at the event in Beith Community Centre, which will run from 11am to 3pm on Friday, September 29.
There will be winter product giveaways, thermals, flasks and more available as well as access to funds to combat the cost of living crisis.
Training, employment and volunteering information will also be on offer.
And you can get free travel to the event in Radio City's electric vehicles.
Organisations attending will include Citrus Energy, Home Energy Scotland, CHAP, Beith Community Larder, CEIS and North Ayrshire Council.
