An information open day for the over 50s will be held in Stevenston next week.
The event in Ardeer Community Centre on Shore Road, will be held on Thursday, October 19 from 11am to 2pm.
It will feature many stalls and organisations offering free advice, including financial, employability, activities, food larders and much more.
There will also be free refreshment and children will be welcome.
