THE owners of the Metro nightclub in Saltcoats have issued a tongue-in-cheek warning after an incident was caught on camera at one their fire exits.
The famous nightclub is on the verge of re-opening, though unfortunately is not quite ready to welcome clubbers through the doors once again.
Though they say that is no excuse for the passers-by who have found the need to 'relieve themselves' on the building.
One unfortunate man was caught 'taking a leak' at a fire exit earlier this month - captured, thankfully not in full detail, by the club's fantastic new CCTV system.
The owners of the Metro posted footage of this on their social media page, alongside a stern warning for others not to replicate this.
They said: "Any chance we can put a stop to this folks - it's bad enough having to work amongst the bird s***e and 100-year-old dust without the stale smell of urine wafting down our cellar and fire exit."
Instead, the owners recommended that anyone in need of the toilet uses the public facilities located some 100m away between Dockhead Street and The Braes.
