FERRY sailings between Ardrossan and Brodick have been cancelled due to bad weather.
Caledonian MacBrayne cancelled the last three sailings on Wednesday as a result of the strong winds - and now the first three sailings on Thursday, November 23 have also fallen victim.
The last sailing of the day on Wednesday was the 3.20pm from Ardrossan, with the 6pm mainland departure, along with the 4.40pm and 7.20pm sailings from Brodick, all cancelled.
And Thursday's 7am and 9.45am sailings from Ardrossan, along with the 8.20am from Brodick, have now been cancelled too.
CalMac have added that there will be a review for further sailings beyond these times at approximately 10am on Thursday.
The ferry operator has also announced changes to its planned timetables over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.
On December 26, CalMac says, the 11.05am sailing from Brodick will not operate as the vessel is due to berth in Ardrossan over Christmas.
And on January 2, an additional service will operate, leaving Ardrossan at 7am.
Normal services will operate - weather and other operational circumstances permitting - on every other date, except for Christmas Day and January 1, when there will be no sailings on the Arran route or any other CalMac service.
