Police are on the trail of a crook who stole a car in Ardrossan.
The theft took place in the town's Glasgow Street overnight between Wednesday, January 3 and Thursday, January 4.
Police were notified of the incident at around 8.40am on Thursday, January 4.
Enquiries into the theft are ongoing and officers are keen to hear from anyone who has information that can help with their investigation.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8.40am on Thursday, January 4, 2024, officers received a report of the theft of a car on Glasgow Street, Ardrossan.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
Anyone who can help is asked to call the police on 101.
