THE building that houses a popular pub in Ardrossan is up for sale - but it's business as usual at the bar.
The building in Princes Place that is home to Alfie's Bar has been brought to market by agents Christie & Co, who are seeking offers over £195,000 for the freehold of the property.
However, regulars needn't worry too much as the business itself will continue to trade.
The listing states that a leaseholder currently occupies the venue and that the lease will not expire until June 2028.
The passing rent rate for the venue is listed as £20,000.
The bar opened in its current guise less than two years ago after a new team took over at the premises, which was previously home to the former Castlehill Vaults.
The reopening included a "stunning renovation" of the bar, which is detailed in the property listing for the "great local pub."
The listing is available to view in full online at www.christie.com/6854041/.
