A popular Arran hotel is to be taken over by new owners.
The current pair who run the Lamlash Bay Hotel confirmed the news in a statement earlier this week.
The hotel has been on the market for several months and Irvine woman Meg El Adm and business partner Serge El Adm are set to move on.
The duo have gained mass plaudits for doing a "fantastic job" at the island hotel.
Lamlash Bay even enjoyed TV acclamation back in 2022 when it came out on top as 'best value place of the week' on Channel 4's Four in a Bed.
Former air stewardess Meg, along with friend Yvonne Kemp, welcomed fellow B&B owners from Northumberland, Blackpool and Argyll and Bute - with the island business coming out on top.
Before Meg and Serge say their final farewell, the pair have invited all their regular customers and friends to a joint 'say hello wave goodbye' event, which will be held to both see the old owners off and welcome the new team.
It will take place on Friday, February 2, from 8pm to 10pm.
The departing pair have also provided a message to everybody who has supported the hotel over their nine years at the helm.

They said: "Well, it's been an exciting week at The Bay as we have been handing over to new owners!
"We would like to thank all our guests and customers for all the support, encouragement and kindness you have given us over the last nine years.
"For the banter and the many laughs - we look forward to continuing this on the other side of the bar.
"We are truly grateful to our Facebook community and thank you to everyone who has liked and shared our posts.
"We could not have done this without our wonderful staff past and present who have been part of our journey, some from the very beginning. Many thanks."
The same team of staff will remain to work at Lamlash Bay moving forward and no bookings will be effected by the change of ownership.
