Trains along Ayrshire's coast have been cancelled as strong winds and large waves batter the coastline.
ScotRail has confirmed it can't run trains between Largs, Ardrossan Harbour & Kilwinning due to severe weather. Trains will run normally between Glasgow Central & Kilwinning.
Network Rail said: "Large waves are coming over the sea wall at Saltcoats and affecting our 25,000 volt overhead electricity cables.
"Trains are unable to run through the area until conditions improve."
A number of replacement buses have been organised, and passengers can use their train ticket on the 11, 585, 901 & 906 buses between Glasgow and Largs.
