A KILWINNING business has appealed for the public's support as it eyes success in five categories at a top industry awards event.
The business itself, as well as four members of the team at A little Nik Aesthetics and Beauty Academy, are preparing for Scottish Hair and Beauty Awards (SHABAs) finals - but they need your votes to win.
The awards are designed to showcase creative talent, as well as rewarding those who excel in their field.
The team are hoping all of their fantastic customers on Main Street can get behind them as they look to claim the top prize.
The business as a whole is vying for success in the 'best salon' category, while Nicola Orr is hoping to be named the 'best trainer' and the 'best training school'.
Elsewhere in the team, Kayley English is aiming to earn the 'best brow artist' prize, and Holly Orr is eyeing up the crown in the 'best blow dry' category.
Kerry Angus is also setting her sights on success as the 'best colourist'.
A salon spokesperson said: "You can vote in all the categories we are entered into. This would mean the world guys."
Voting is open now on the awards website at scottishhairandbeautyawards.com/.
The winners will then be announced when the awards final is held in Glasgow on Sunday, September 1.
