The Saltcoats, Ardrossan and Stevenston branch of the Royal British Legion Scotland will hold a service next week to mark Victory in Europe Day.
The short service will be held at Saltcoats War Memorial, when those who gather will remember those who fought and those who made the ultimate sacrifice, no matter what nation or country they originated from, to free Europe.
The event will take place at Saltcoats War Memorial on Wednesday, May 8, at 11am, and all are welcome to attend.
