A POPULAR village local has been placed on to the property market.
The Kings Arms in West Kilbride was listed for sale at the end of April, with an asking price of £175,000.
The bar has been a mainstay in the village for a number of years and is one of only two traditional pubs in the area.
Simply known as 'The Kings', the Main Street property has been listed for sale with Chris Hart and Co and is available to view via online business marketplace Rightbiz.
Described as a freehold sale, the successful bidder will take ownership of the existing facilities which include a kitchen and function room as well as the main bar area.
The property description states that the bar has "a good turnover with the potential to do more".
It is understood that the sale will not affect the current operation of the venue.
