The annual Saltcoats Sea Queen Festival will return on Saturday, July 13.
The two day event will begin at 10am at the shoreline area behind Oscars, with a parade leaving from Saltcoats Labour Club at 11am - concluding back in the car park behind Oscars.
The crowning of this year's Sea Queen, Caledonia Primary pupil Kiera-Leigh Conway, will follow at 12pm.
In the hours which follow, there will be performances from local artists as well as entertainer 'Uncle Billy'.
Kiera-Leigh's royal party for 2024 includes her Captain, Liam O'Hagan from St Anthony's Primary, as well the queen's three ladies-in-waiting, Sophie Baker from Mayfield Primary and Dykesmains pair Beth Hood and Maisie Brown.
Completing the royal party will be three buccaneers in the form of Colin O'Reilly from Caledonia Primary, Robbie Difolco from Dykesmains, and Jayden Alexander from Mayfield.
The gala will then kick off in grand style with plenty of entertainment for all the kids and adults to enjoy.
The fun will continue on Sunday, July 14, where there will be some amazing entertainment in store from 12.30pm until 4pm.
Lady Gaga and Neil Diamond tribute acts will entertain the crowds and there will be some amazing stalls for all to enjoy and plenty to keep the kids occupied..
This is an event the whole family won't want to miss, so put the dates in your diaries today.
