A POPULAR Ardrossan pub has brought on to the market.
Charlie's Bar on Glasgow Street was advertised for sale in this month's edition of the Scottish Licensed Trade News magazine.
The business has been listed as a freehold sale with agents Bruce & Co., with an asking price of £120,000.
The bar is described as having a beer garden to the rear, and established base of loyal clientele and a current turnover of £267,000.
Also included in the sale is the one-bedroom owner's accommodation.
