Stevenston's Doon The Beach summer fun day was a roaring success.
With rodeo rides, an inflatable assault course and plenty of other attractions to keep the kids occupied, it drew large crowds to the shore.
The event was organised by the Doon the Beach community hub and cafe, which opened last year.
The hub was launched by the charity Raise Your Voice With Ardeer, which aims to tackle poverty, social issues and mental health in the town.
All of the kids activities were free on the day, including bouncy castles, pony and donkey rides and an alpaca petting area as well as face painting and glitter painting, badge and keyring making, arts and crafts.
The kids also enjoyed outdoor archery and Connect 4 and performances from the Rock Choir, while the Blackhouse Sauna team were there too, as well as displays of emergency services vehicles.
There were stalls galore, including North Ayrshire Tandem Club, St John's Ambulance Service, Whitelees Retreat, the Coastguard and Ardeer Youth Football Academy, along with dog first aid demonstrations.
If these photos by John Keachie are anything to go by, everyone had a great day out at the beach.
