A new drama group in Ardrossan are making waves with their passion for storytelling and their commitment to community engagement.
Founded just this year, NAE Drama emerged from a shared love for the performing arts.
The group’s name, “NAE,” is a playful nod to the Ayrshire dialect, meaning “no” or “none.” But don’t let the name fool you, there’s plenty of talent and creativity within the close-knit ensemble.
NAE Drama boasts a diverse group of individuals from all walks of life, who meet on a Tuesday evening at Ardrossan Library (entrance to the rear) between 7-9pm, where laughter, camaraderie, and the occasional mishap fill the air.
NAE Drama is proof that passion, dedication, and a touch of whimsy can transform a small town into a vibrant cultural hub.
But as a new venture, they are now looking for sponsorship from local businesses, organisations and individuals.
You can become a patron of the group, whether through a one-time donation of an ongoing partnership.
Or you could provide in-kind support, such as materials, services or expertise or help with set design, costumes or catering.
If you can help, email nae.drama1@gmail.com or attend their next open evening.
